Discover the Key
Choose participation pathways, introduce BYOC, distinguish gifts, strengths, skills, roles, actions, and outcomes, and begin a Personal Gift Map.
A learning plan, craft choice, and first gift evidence reflection.South Shore Gifts, Strengths, and Team Science Workshop
Bring your own craft, discover the faithful contribution already in your hands, and join it with the gifts and strengths around you to approach real challenges across Ruskin, South Shore, and Tampa Bay.
Default scale: 24 participants · Six home tables · Three virtual experiences · One 270 minute in person culmination
The central design decision
Each table becomes a steady creative harbor. Participants keep their instruments, easels, art materials, accessibility supports, relationships, and learning traces in one place. Facilitators rotate gift, strength, challenge, process, and synergy cards through timed rounds. A brief gallery exchange creates movement and cross table learning, with a seated route available.
Distinct virtual experiences · shared in person culmination
Each virtual gathering carries one complete purpose and one usable output. The in person experience begins with familiarity, readiness, and a question worth carrying together.
Choose participation pathways, introduce BYOC, distinguish gifts, strengths, skills, roles, actions, and outcomes, and begin a Personal Gift Map.
A learning plan, craft choice, and first gift evidence reflection.Place a real challenge at the center, identify strengths around it, name evidence, complements, and relationships, and sketch a Strength Constellation.
A personal constellation and a complement sought.Use one challenge, gift, strength, process, and synergy card to rehearse the complete table laboratory in a virtual room.
A draft integrated response and one question to carry in person.Test captions, sound, instruments, materials, camera choices, digital tools, and accessible participation routes.
A ready workspace and resolved access needs.Remain at stable home tables while card sets, prompts, and timed challenges move through the room. Create, integrate, test, express, and prepare a seven day field action.
A team response, creative learning trace, charter, gallery contribution, and seven day prototype.Review evidence, adaptation, relationships, and the next cycle after the field prototype.
A documented learning loop and thirty day stewardship decision.Multiple pathways through one shared experience
The workshop offers several routes into meaning and several forms for carrying meaning outward. Every participant may combine pathways according to the moment, the material, and the contribution taking shape.

Six maps for discovering relationship
Connect up to five gifts or accessible contribution names with lived evidence, value created, stewardship practice, setting, and a complement sought.
Place one challenge at the center and arrange strengths by relevance, relationship, ownership, evidence, and effect on the whole.
