Privacy by purpose

Convergence Q45 collects and uses information according to the purpose presented at the point of participation. Public reading, account activity, saved reflections, workshop registration, routine program evaluation, follow-up communication, research participation, record linkage, case-example contact, identifiable publication, event recording, and promotional communication follow distinct permissions and access boundaries.

Information that belongs outside general forms

Access, security, and retention

Controls may include minimum-necessary collection, authenticated access, role boundaries, coded participant matching, separation of direct identifiers, encryption where supported, audit records, export controls, incident response, retention schedules, deidentification, deletion, legal holds, withdrawal records, and publication review.

Within the Gifts, Strengths, and Life by Design studio, signed in participants can create a durable account connected record containing module completion, guided reflections, strengths and spiritual gifts observations, personal narrative, covenant fields, save history, and policy acknowledgment. Authorized administrators can review the complete identifiable record for participant service, continuity, support, safeguarding, quality oversight, privacy administration, security, agreement enforcement, and legal compliance.

Operational analytics for that studio include participant and record counts, successful saves, return activity, modules completed, reflections answered, covenant fields prepared, pathway completion, policy acknowledgment, and recent activity. Research, publication, publicity, testimony, identifiable case examples, and AI model development require the applicable separate authorization and governance pathway.

Across the wider Site, eligible participant-entered text, selected boxes and circles, form choices, progress, FieldLab sessions, crosswalk drafts, personal design workbooks, and formation records are centrally saved to the authenticated participant account. Passwords, authentication secrets, file-input contents, and fields expressly excluded for safety are not copied into the general interface-state record. Purpose-specific submitted forms retain their own authoritative records.

The protected Permanent Audit Log records server receipt time, account or pseudonymous session, route, event type, component, outcome, consent state, browser and device description, viewport, language, referrer, Internet Protocol address when available, and limited technical metadata. Routine audit events exclude substantive free form content. Authorized administrators can review the audit ledger and protected participant records according to role and operational purpose.

Specific operators, event hosts, payment recipients, data controllers, research sponsors, vendors, retention periods, and contact methods appear within the applicable transaction, event notice, policy, or research disclosure.

Evaluation and research

Routine evaluation supports workshop improvement and participant follow-through. Research designed to contribute generalizable knowledge follows a separately documented pathway with the institutional, ethics, privacy, legal, and consent review applicable to the project.

Withdrawal applies prospectively where reasonably possible. Information already irreversibly deidentified, included in completed analysis, inseparably aggregated, or published may remain within those completed forms.

Artificial intelligence

Authorized AI assistance may support search, accessibility, drafting, classification, participant-directed summaries, and aggregate analysis under human review. Participants receive guidance about permitted inputs. AI does not determine spiritual authority, ministry office, clinical condition, employment suitability, academic standing, or research eligibility.

AI outputs are informational and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or contextually unsuitable. Participants remain responsible for independent judgment and qualified professional review where professional judgment is relevant. Models, workflows, features, and limitations continually evolve. Private reflections remain outside general model training unless a separate disclosure and required permission apply.

Aggregation, deidentification, and international access

Aggregated information combines records to describe groups, patterns, or service activity. Deidentified information removes or transforms elements reasonably capable of identifying a person and is protected through access limits, purpose restrictions, and controls against reidentification. These forms may support service improvement, accessibility, validation, workflow analysis, implementation studies, program evaluation, and properly governed publications.

Information may be processed in the United States and in service-provider locations used to deliver the experience. Appropriate transfer measures will be applied where required. Applicable law may provide rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, withdraw consent, receive information about processing, or obtain portable data. Requests may require reasonable identity verification.
