Which people, profession, location, or responsibility is my primary focus in this season? What is secondary?
What evidence, history, authority, skill, and unanswered question require attention?
Who is affected? What dignity, grief, hope, faith, culture, relationship, or consent must be honored?
What is the smallest invited action I can carry well? Who owns it? When will it be reviewed?
What will I continue, adapt, stop, share with permission, or carry into the next season?

Thirty days
Strengthen one relationship, verify one source, complete one listening conversation, and take one bounded action.
Sixty days
Review fruit and unintended effects with counsel; update the map of people already serving; adapt or stop what is not useful.
Ninety days
Document what should continue, remain local, be shared with permission, or inform future national and international service.

Keep private formation material private by default. Share only what you choose, with the person you choose, for a purpose you understand. Do not place patient identifiers, confidential employment or government information, authentication secrets, privileged material, or another person’s private story into general workshop tools.
