My Convergence · Equipped in stewardship
Read each source.
Gather the living pattern.
Bring participant-supplied gifts, strengths, behavioral patterns, personality preferences, skills, experience, relationships, and context into one disciplined reflection. Each source retains its own meaning. Convergence develops through evidence, community, character, consent, fruit, and time.
Spiritual gifts describe channels of grace and service. Strengths describe recurring patterns. Behavioral style describes interaction tendencies. Personality frameworks offer preference vocabulary. Skills reflect developed competence. Character governs stewardship. Role and context shape present responsibility. Calling is discerned across time.

Source fidelity and original method
Each river keeps its name as the waters meet.
Convergence Q45 uses participant-supplied results as source evidence and provides original reflection, evidence mapping, capacity mapping, complementarity, stewardship, and field-practice tools. Assessment questions, scoring algorithms, proprietary report graphics, logos, and protected provider explanations remain with their respective owners. Third-party names identify their own sources. Convergence Q45 is an independent educational and Christian formation resource.
