Activation is supervised learning
Activation gives participants a bounded opportunity to practice an expression, serve real people, receive feedback, and examine fruit. It does not manufacture gifts or confer authority. Every exercise begins with consent, clear limits, appropriate oversight, the freedom to pass, and a method for reflection.
Order and pioneering laboratory
Administration participants can organize a small event plan with roles, time, access, and contingencies. Leadership participants can facilitate a ten-minute team decision with shared voice. Apostleship participants can map a neglected community need, cultural questions, potential partners, and a sustainable first step. Feedback examines clarity, listening, participation, feasibility, and succession.
Communication and formation laboratory
Teaching participants prepare a seven-minute explanation and gather learner recall. Knowledge participants synthesize a short biblical or contextual research question with sources. Wisdom participants guide a case study through facts, principles, options, consequences, prayer, and counsel. Encouragement participants offer a specific, truthful word connected to a proportionate next step.
Care and belonging laboratory
Mercy participants practice attentive listening without rushing to solve. Hospitality participants design a welcome journey for a first-time visitor. Shepherding participants create a follow-up rhythm with boundaries and referral points. Helping and Servanthood participants remove a practical barrier while checking that support strengthens agency. Giving participants design a discreet, accountable response to a real need.
Prophetic and discernment laboratory
Participants receive quietly, write before sharing, test with Scripture and context, ask permission, communicate briefly as an impression, and invite feedback. Discernment participants examine a scenario for source, fruit, timing, power, character, and uncertainty. Directional, corrective, predictive, medical, financial, legal, and relationship-determining content remains outside introductory activation.
Prayer and extraordinary ministry laboratory
Faith participants lead Scripture-grounded prayer amid an unresolved but low-risk need. Healing participants ask consent, clarify touch, pray briefly, avoid pressure, preserve medical care, and use precise testimony. Miracles participants study biblical patterns and develop standards for documentation, witness, privacy, and humble claims. Tongues and Interpretation exercises follow the community’s theology, biblical order, leadership oversight, and freedom from pressure.
Evangelism laboratory
Participants listen to another person’s story, ask permission to share, communicate the good news of Jesus with clarity and cultural respect, and welcome questions. Evaluation examines love, listening, intelligibility, freedom from manipulation, and appropriate follow-up rather than a forced outcome.
The reflection practice
After every laboratory, record what was attempted, what the participant sensed, what observers saw, what benefit occurred, what remained uncertain, how consent and boundaries functioned, and what skill needs development.
