How to Compare Two Spiritual Gifts Test Results for One Person
A practical individual report method for comparing two spiritual-gifts profiles with matched constructs, ranks, top-gift overlap, dimension evidence, and next-step experiments.
Keep each assessment in its own frame
Begin with the name, version, date, gift definitions, response scale, and intended use of each instrument. Preserve original scores and interpretations before creating any crosswalk. This prevents one framework from silently rewriting the other.
Match constructs conservatively
